The security services at the Ministry of Interior revealed the circumstances of circulating a video on social media that included some people assaulted another in Qalioubia, and caused his injury to Qalioubia.
The arrest of a quarrel in Qaliubiya
On the examination, it was found that the incident on April 5, when she was informed of the Shebin Al -Qanater Police Station in Qalioubia, with a quarrel in one of the villages in the center’s department between the first party (a worker with several wounds – his father), a second party (3 people ”with several wounds and bruises”) due to differences about the neighborhood during which each of them exceeded the other by beating and causing their injuries using 2 white weapons.
The two sides of the quarrel were seized at the time, legal measures were taken and presented to the Public Prosecution.
In a separate context, the Shebin Al -Koum Center Investigation Unit in Menoufia arrested an agricultural tractor driver, who ended another life due to the differences in work with another and the repetition of that dispute, which led to a quarrel in which the accused hit the victim with a recorder.
Major General Mahmoud Al -Kamouni, Director of Menoufia Security, received a notification from Colonel Ahmed El -Sayed, the chief of the Shebin El -Koum Police Station, stating that a murder occurred in the village, and immediately, a security force led by Lt. Col. Mohamed Maghrabi, head of the center’s investigations, moved to the accident site to start investigations.
Initial investigations, eyewitness statements and the family of the victim indicated that previous differences related to working on agricultural tractors were the reason behind the outbreak of a quarrel between the two parties, during which the accused assaulted the victim using a “managing”, which led to death.
The accused was arrested, and he was seized inside the police station to complete the legal procedures, in preparation for his presentation to the Public Prosecution. The victim’s body was also transferred to the hospital, in preparation for his presentation to the forensic medicine to accurately determine the cause of death.
