Today, the Sohag Criminal Court issued a ruling to punish the accused AHA – a worker, with a 10 -year prison imprisonment and a fine of 100,000 pounds for trafficking in narcotic drugs, and to obtain weapons without a license in the Tama Center department north of Sohag Governorate.

Details of the incident are due to the beginning of this year, when the security services of the Tama Police Center received information stating that a previous trafficking in narcotic substances and distribution in the center of the center and the surrounding areas and possessing weapons without licenses.
After codifying the procedures and conducting the investigations, the information was confirmed, and the accused was arrested in possession of a number of hashish and hashish plants were prepared for sale, in addition to seizing a firearm and 3 bullets in his possession.
Facing the accused, he confessed to drug trafficking, and a report of the incident was issued and by presenting to the Public Prosecution, the case was referred to the Criminal Court, which issued its aforementioned ruling.
It is worth noting that the ruling was issued under the chairmanship of Counselor Mohamed Zain Ali and the membership of Counselors Ahmed Tolba, Omar Saqr, the Secretariat of Wael Abdel Hamid, and the secret of Muhammad Al -Arabi.
