A number of health experts in the United States of America revealed the symptoms of silent disease, which is osteoporosis, as about 40% of women develop symptoms, which causes severe health complications.

According to the Sun’s website, osteoporosis is the most common form of arthritis and affects millions of people all over the world, and it occurs as a result of the disappearance of protective cartilage that supports the ends of the bone over time, and there are a number of factors that can increase the infection of the silent disease:
- the age
- Not exercising regularly.
- Obesity and weight gain.
- Menopause complications
Symptoms of menopause
One of the health experts explained that the symptoms of osteoporosis are:
- Joint pain
- Joint hardening if they are not moved for a short period
- The body becomes less flexible
- The person feels rough in the joint
- Feeling swelling and pain as a result of arthritis, especially when light pressure on the joint
The complications of osteoporosis can be reduced through some therapeutic methods, especially physical therapy by conducting muscle strengthening exercises around the affected joint, increasing elasticity and diluting pain significantly.
