The first department, terrorism headed by Counselor Mohamed Saeed Al -Sherbiny, held in Badr, today, Saturday, the session of the ruling on two defendants who were previously sentenced to in absentia, in accusing them with others in the case known as the Marj terrorist cell.

The referral order in Case No. 3257 of 2023 stated that on November 13, 2014, in the Marj Department, Cairo Governorate, all accused joined a group that was established in contradiction to the provisions of the law, which is intended to call for disrupting the provisions of the constitution and the law and preventing state institutions and public authorities from practicing their actions and assaulting the personal freedom of citizens and damaging national unity and social peace that they prevented state institutions and public authority, sabotaging public and private institutions, with a view Breaking public order, and terrorism was one of the means that this group uses to achieve its purposes.

In another context, the first department decided to terrorize the headquarters of the Badr Court, headed by Counselor Mohamed Saeed Al -Sherbiny, to postpone the trial of 73 accused in case No. 38 of 2023 state security crimes, known to the media as a gathering cell for the next July 13 session for pleading.

The referral order stated that the defendants joined from 2013 to March 19, 2023 to a terrorist group, as they attached themselves to the terrorist organization ISIS, which calls for the change of the regime by force, the commission of terrorist acts targeting individuals and public installations, disrupting the constitution and law, and preventing state institutions from performing their tasks, in addition to assaulting personal and public freedoms.
