Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, granted US President Donald Trump “Wissam Zayed”, the highest medal that the UAE gives to the heads of states, kings and leaders, during an official ceremony held at Al -Watan Palace in Abu Dhabi, as part of the visit of the US President to the UAE.
In the official talks session that took place on the sidelines of the honoring ceremony, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed stressed the UAE’s keenness to enhance the strategic partnership with the United States, noting the importance of cooperation in achieving stability and peace in the region and the world.
His Highness explained that this visit represents an important step in strengthening bilateral relations, stressing that Washington is a major strategic partner for the UAE in many joint projects and initiatives.
For his part, US President Donald Trump expressed his deep appreciation for the close relations with the Emirates, stressing that it will witness more power and prosperity, noting that the United States appreciates the UAE’s confidence in its partnership.
During his speech at the session, Trump went to the sincere respect and appreciation to Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, pointing to his prominent position and great respect in the Middle East.
