The investigation authorities ordered the imprisonment of a microbus driver pending investigations, after he was accused of causing the death of one of the citizens who shocked him during his walk in the Fifth Settlement area in Cairo, then fled from the accident site.

The beginning was when the Fifth Settlement Police Department received a notification stating that a collision had occurred that resulted in the death of a person, and by moving and examining that the victim was walking in the street when he was shocked by a microbus, which resulted in fractures and wounds that claimed his life.
The victim’s brother reported the health of the incident, and confirmed the escape of the driver after the accident, and with the search and investigation efforts, the security services were able to identify and seize the car and the driver, and it was found that he did not carry a driver’s license.
Facing the accused, he admitted to committing the incident, explaining his escape for fear of legal accountability, and the necessary legal and administrative measures were taken, and the competent authorities ordered his imprisonment and the completion of investigations.
