The Senate discusses the government’s policy on protecting private ownership … and facilitating real estate registration procedures

The Senate will resume its public session next week, headed by Counselor Abdel Wahab Abdel Razek, to discuss a number of important files and the reports of the qualitative committees on public discussion requests submitted by the deputies.

Senate discussions of the reports of the qualitative committees

During its sessions, the Council reviews the report of the Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee on the general discussion requests submitted by Representative Mahmoud Abu Sadira, and more than twenty members, to clarify the government policy, regarding the removal of the obstacles facing citizens when registering agricultural lands in the in -kind registry, and from MP Muhammad Magdy Farid, and more than twenty members, to clarify the government policy regarding the protection of private ownership and facilitate real estate registration procedures.

The report of the Financial, Economic Affairs and Investment Committee also reviews the general discussion request submitted by Representative Ahmed Sobeih, and more than twenty members, to clarify the government’s policy represented by the Ministry of Finance, regarding the ministry’s mechanisms in enhancing the role of one window and the pre -recording system for shipments to fulfill all the regulatory requirements of the customs release.

The Council considers the report of the Joint Committee from the Financial, Economic and Investment Committee and the office of the Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee on the study submitted by Representative Hani Sarin El -Din on the study the legislative impact of some articles of the arbitration law in civil and commercial articles issued by Law No. 27 of 1994.
