A source for Al -Ahly Club, for Cairo 24, revealed the date of the arrival of the Spanish coach, the former coach of the South Africa team, Cairo, Cairo, to lead Al -Ahly.
Al -Ahly ended his agreement with Jose Rivero, in order to lead the Red Team during the coming period, succeeding Swiss Marcel Coller, former coach of the team.
According to the source in exclusive statements to Cairo 24, Jose Rivero will arrive in Cairo on Friday morning, in preparation for the signing of his training contracts for red.
The source added in his speech, that Rivero will be in the Al -Ahly match against Al -Ahly Bank from the stands to follow the meeting that the Red Team will play in the Premier League competition.
He continued his remarks, saying: Rivero will be in Al -Ahly training next Sunday after the Red Team match against Al -Ahly Bank.
A source previously mentioned to Cairo 24 earlier, that there was a trend within the management of the Red Club because it was not officially announced that Rivero took over after the championship of the Premier League title, in order to avoid the team’s results.

Al -Ahly is linked to two important matches in the Premier League competition for the current season, where Al -Ahly team will meet next Saturday, while a meeting against Varco on the twenty -eighth of May this year.
The Red Team needs to score 4 points from the two games in order to crown the Premier League title for the current season 2024/2025.
