The Fayoum Appellate Misdemeanor Court sentenced a year imprisonment with workplace for accusing him of seizing others, 21 air conditioners from the owner of a cooling and air -conditioning company, through a fraudulent trick using forged supply orders and deluding the victim to make a bank transfer from a bank in Ismailia.

Lawyer Ihab Al -Mansouri said that the accused contacted the victim through the WhatsApp application from the numbers registered in the name of a fake company, and claimed that he is a representative of a supply company that wants to buy air conditioning devices, then he sent a forged supply order and obtained the devices, before it was later found to be the incorrectness of the bank transfer and the absence of the company or the alleged account.
Al -Mansouri continued after the victim submitted a report, the investigations of the Telecom Investigations demonstrated that the number used in communication is due to the accused, and that the line was activated in his name in November 2022, and canceled in April 2023.
The first instance court had sentenced the accused three years to be imprisoned with enforcement in absentia, then the case was reviewed based on his opposition, and the ruling was supported, so that the accused would appeal and after the Court of Appeal considered notes and documents, the ruling amended to one year with the work.
