The Kuwaiti Meteorological Department stated in its daily publication that the Kuwaiti weather today, May 14, 2025, will witness a rise in temperatures during the day with a noticeable decrease in the level of horizontal visibility due to the dust stuck in the atmosphere, while Kuwait’s weather today will be more stable during the night.

The administration expected that Kuwait’s weather today will be a hot day with a decrease in the horizontal visibility due to the stuck dust, and the winds will be northwest to the fluctuating direction, light to moderate speeds ranging from 08 – 35 km/hour, which increases the possibility of the continued impact of the stuck dust in the country’s airspace.
During the night period, Kuwait’s weather today will be heat and relatively wet on coastal areas and partially cloudy, while the wind will be volatile to southeasterly, light to moderate speeds ranging from 06-28 km/hour, which may contribute to a relative improvement in the level of horizontal visibility.
Regarding the state of the sea, the administration indicated that the sea will be light to moderate waves during the day, as the wave height ranges between 2 – 4 feet, while it will be light to moderate waves also during the night, with a slight decrease in the height of the wave to range between 1 – 3 feet.
The expected Great Salmiya station was registered at 30 degrees Celsius and the small recorded 28 degrees Celsius, with expectations that the wave height will be at 4 feet and its direction northwest.
As for the tidal times in the port of Shuwaikh, the administration clarified that the first tide will happen at 12:02, and the second tide at 02:37 am the next morning, while the first island will happen at 19:22, and the second islands at 07:20 am tomorrow.
The Meteorological Department called on citizens and residents to follow up on the air bulletins issued by them and take care and caution, especially during periods of low level of horizontal visibility. It also advised the sea visitors to pay attention to the state of the sea and the fluctuations of Kuwait weather today, and to adhere to the maritime safety instructions.
