The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed today, Tuesday, the State of Kuwait welcoming the announcement of the President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, during the official visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, that sanctions against the Syrian Arab Republic, appreciating the great efforts made by the Kingdom in this matter.
In a statement, the Foreign Ministry affirmed that this step would support stability, prosperity and development in the brotherly country, reducing its support for the Syrian Arab Republic and its people and all efforts aimed at safeguarding its sovereignty, independence, unity and territorial integrity.
