During its session yesterday, the Board of Tenders and Auctions opened 6 bids that were made by 22 companies, including a tender for the Gulf Air Group related to an annual maintenance contract for vehicles and equipment for Bahrain International Airport, which the least bids are provided with 1.5 million dinars.
The Bahrain Airport Company seeks through this tender to obtain offers from bid providers to provide annual maintenance of vehicles and special equipment at Bahrain International Airport, as it includes firefighting vehicles, escape stairs, stands of stands, mobile work platforms, cranes, lifting equipment, rescue equipment and others.
A tender was also opened for Gulf Air, which was to buy supplies that can be disposed of from 9 ounce plastic cups, coffee cups 5 ounces, dishes that can be disposed of and the stirring spoilers offered by 4 companies that were at least valuable at 187.6 thousand dinars.
The council opened two tenders for the Electricity and Water Authority, one of which was interested in providing survey services for WDD Water Distribution Network, with the aim of enhancing the accuracy and reliability of the geographic information system information for the Water Distribution Management Network, which was competed with 4 companies at least 20.3 thousand dinars, while the second was to replace the ABB Microscada Sys600C ICS Gateways with a high north station of 220 km Volt.
As for the Ministry of Works, a tender for preventive maintenance work was launched in the Building Maintenance Department – Muharraq, on which 5 companies competed with the least bid of 38 thousand dinars.
