Here, doubt, and the jungle animals began to ask: Does the wolf deceive us?! Did we rush when we gave him confidence and assumed that he is able to better manage things?! Why did you not insist that the tiger be the leader?! Here, feelings of anxiety began to increase.
But at the monthly forest meeting, the elephant known for his wisdom stood, and asked the wolf directly: How do we guarantee that you only run us to control us more?! How do we guarantee that you want our interest all of us, not your interest and those around you direct followers that gave them responsibilities?!
The wolf smiled, and his long fans, and then they thought that his true face would be revealed, but he surprised them by saying: “The good leader does not seek confidence, but builds it with actions, not sayings, the good leader is the one who overcomes justice and fairness in everything.”
In an amazing presentation, the wolf presented transparent reports, emergency plans, and opened the door for criticism to hear from everyone, and share the decision -making, and even announced that it will be re -voted on it every season, perhaps there is someone who is better than him in driving, or adds things that improve the situation more.
Here the animals realized an eloquent administrative lesson presented by the wolf to them, as the leadership does not relate to the person but rather the curriculum, therefore even the most doubtful personalities can succeed if they are committed to transparency, planning, distributing powers, and granting confidence to others. The correct approach is the one that guarantees permanence and continuity for a very long period.
This forest turned into one of the most stable societies, thanks to the management of a wolf, they thought only for hunting and predation!
