The incident began when the concerned agencies in Sohag Governorate received a notification of a small drowning in the Balina Center, and the relevant agencies were immediately moved, and it was found that a small drowning named Hamza Kh p, 11 years old, a student, in Al -Fouadia Canal in front of the Bani Hamil Services Complex, at the Balina Center.
The body was recovered and transferred by the ambulance for the morgue of Bardis Central Hospital.
