Counselor Mohamed Ghazaleh, Head of the Public Prosecution and Acting Public Prosecutor of the South Mansoura Public Prosecution, referred the accused Mesbah Ali Awad Al -Souda, 37, who is imprisoned pending case No. 3433 of 2024 crimes of the Nabaruh Center, and bound by No. 3262 of 2024 Klee, South Mansoura, to the Criminal Court.
The referral order stated that the accused committed premeditated murder crime against the victim, Abeer Ibrahim Ghali, on January 4 in the Nabaruh Center Department in Dakahlia Governorate.

The testimony of Major Islam Nashat Annan, head of the Nabaruh Police Station Investigation, stated that his investigations concluded that the accused committed the incident out of his belief that the victim caused his separation from his wife, by carrying out magic work, due to his wife’s close link with her.
The report of the Forensic Medicine Authority confirmed that the death came as a result of the stab wounds and sectarian injuries that were inflicted on the victim in the back, abdomen, chest and arms, all of which are caused by a sharp tool such as the white weapon used in the crime.
