The Legislative and Legal Affairs Committee of the Shura Council, headed by lawyer Dalal Jassim Al -Zayed, discussed the constitutional and legal aspects of a law on the organization of technical professions and submitted by members: Nancy Eli Khadouri, Dalal Jassim Al -Zayed, Khaled Hussein Al -Masqati, Reda Abdullah Faraj, Dr. Muhammad Ali Hassan, and decided to refer him to the Services Committee in an original basis.
The Committee also held the Constitutional and Legal Safety to propose a law on renewable energy, and submitted by the members: Talal Muhammad Al -Mannai, Dalal Jassim Al -Zayed, Dr. Muhammad Ali Hassan, Jumaa Muhammad Al -Kaabi, Ali Abdullah Al -Aradi, and refer him to the Public Facilities and Environment Committee in the original capacity.
The Constitutional and Legal Safety Committee confirmed a draft law amending some provisions of Decree Law No. (47) of 2002 regarding the regulation of press, printing and publishing, accompanying Decree No. (77) for the year 2021 AD, and referring it to the Services Committee in an original basis.
The committee also ended in the integrity of a draft law to ratify the Makkah Al -Mukarramah Agreement of Member States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation for Cooperation in the field of implementing the anti -corruption laws accompanying Decree No. (1) of 2025, and referring it to the National Affairs, Defense and National Security Committee.
The Committee discussed the Constitutional and Legal Safety of the Auditing Report and Financial Data for the Insurance Anti -Business for the Financial Year ending on December 31, 2023 after approved by the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Social Insurance, and referred it to the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee.
