Today, Monday, the Badr Criminal Court will hold a verdict of a ruling on a re -trial accused of joining a terrorist group in case No. 289 of 2023 criminal Bulaq.

The session will be held under the chairmanship of Counselor Hamada Al -Sawy, and the membership of Advisors Mohamed Ammar, Raafat Zaki, Dr. Ali Amara and the Secretariat of Muhammad Al -Saeed.
He directed the accused a set of charges, including joining a terrorist group, the purpose of which is to call for disrupting the provisions of the constitution and laws, and preventing state institutions and public authorities from exercising their actions and assaulting the personal freedom of citizens, freedoms, public rights, and harming national unity and social peace, by assuming membership of the Brotherhood administration office abroad that group that calls for changing the system of government by force.

In another context, the second department postponed terrorism, the trial session of 46 accused in case No. 14874 of 2024, Agouza crimes, known as the media as the Agouza II cell, for the July 12 session for viewing.
The session was chaired by Counselor Wajdi Abdel Moneim, membership of Advisors Abdel Jalil Moftah and Dhiaa Amer, and the secretariat of Mohamed Hilal.
The referral order stated that the defendants from the first to the fifth assumed the leadership of a group established in contrast to the provisions of the law, with the aim of disrupting the provisions of the constitution and laws, preventing state institutions and public authorities from carrying out their actions, and attacking freedoms, as they took the leadership of the administrative structure of the terrorist Brotherhood, during the period from 2014 to March 1, 2022, within the governorates of Cairo, Dakahlia, Assiut and Sohag.
