The Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments confirmed that the total number of new cases filed during the year 2024 of various types and grades reached 57.311 cases, while the number of 59280 cases was resolved, and then the number of settled cases exceeds registered in the same year at a rate of 103%, so that the number of cases ongoing before the courts at the end of the same year reached 10215 cases only.
Regarding the year 2023, the ministry clarified in its response to the question of Representative Jalal Kazem that the total number of new cases reached 57615 cases, and during the same year, 60400 cases were resolved, and then the number of settled cases exceeds the same year at the same year by 105%, so that the number of current cases registered at the end of the same year was only 11 thousand cases.
With regard to the part related to the number of cases in which temporary action has been taken from a reservation or prohibition of travel, at the request of the stakeholders, the total number of these cases during the period was the question of 3922 cases, of which 3851 cases were resolved, while 8 cases are suspended and 63 cases ongoing before the courts of all kinds and degrees.
As for the implementation of the final rulings, the matter depends on the progress of the concerned parties, directly requires implementation procedures, whether based on a judicial ruling or an executive bond, according to the procedures stipulated in Decree Law No. 22 of 2021 to issue the implementation law in civil and commercial articles, so that various implementation procedures will be immediately according to the nature of the implementation and paths legally specified in this regard.
