On Sunday, Israel launched air strikes on the ports of Ras Issa, Hodeidah and the Yemeni Salif. According to “press” sources, “an Iranian facility operating inside Yemeni territory.”
An Israeli media reported that 10 raids were on the port of Ras Issa so far. Prior to the raids, the Israeli army issued on Sunday the evacuation orders of the population that include 3 Yemeni ports.
According to press sources, “Israeli planes are on their way to hitting Houthi sites in Yemen.”
The Israeli army spokesman, Avichai Adraei, said that the army issued warnings that 3 Yemeni ports should be evacuated, namely: Ras Issa, Al -Hodeidah and Al -Salif, adding that the Yemeni Houthi group uses these ports.
Iran -backed Houthis are launching missiles and drones on Israel in support of Hamas fighters.
