His Majesty the Great King endorses and issues Law No. (22) of 2025 to ratify the cooperation agreement in the field of ports and commercial maritime navigation between the government of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the government of the State of Kuwait, after the approval of the Shura Council and the House of Representatives, Sadiq, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the king of the country, may God protect and preserve him, and issued Law No. (22) of 2025 to ratify the cooperation agreement in the field of ports and commercial navigation between the Kingdom of Bahrain And the government of the State of Kuwait, after the approval of the Shura Council and the House of Representatives, stated: The first article is good for the cooperation agreement in the field of ports and commercial maritime navigation between the government of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the government of the State of Kuwait, signed in Kuwait City on October 20, 2024 AD, and accompanying this law. Article Two on the Prime Minister and Ministers – all regarding it – the implementation of this law, and it shall be implemented from the day following the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
