Professor Farah Faraj, a faculty member at the College of Communication and Media Technologies at the Gulf University, represented the university in the “ready” forum that was held in the Emirate of Dubai during the weekend, as part of the university’s efforts to enhance its academic presence in specialized forums in the fields of digital marketing and data analysis.
The “ready” forum is an interactive platform that brings together experts and content makers from all over the region, to discuss the latest developments in the digital marketing industry. Professor Afrah Faraj participated in the forum sessions that dealt with the importance of data analysis in improving the performance of marketing campaigns, as she emphasized that the use of analytical tools contributes to directing campaigns in a scientific way that achieves effective and sustainable results. It also indicated that the data has become an essential element in building successful marketing strategies, enhancing customer experience and increasing their interaction with content.
