The CEO of Rashid Equestrian Club receives a delegation from the Saudi Ministry of Sports and is discussing ways of joint cooperation

Youssef Osama Bouhaji, CEO of Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club, received a delegation from the Ministry of Sports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in the presence of a number of club officials.

The Saudi delegation toured the facilities and facilities of the Rashid Equestrian Club and horse racing, during which it was briefed on the plans and future projects that the club intends to implement, including the future general plan project, and ways to enhance cooperation and exchange of experiences in the field of developing sports projects and facilities between the two brotherly countries were discussed.

Youssef Osama Bouhaji stressed the club’s keenness to enhance cooperation and exchange experiences with sports institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, noting that “this visit represents an important step towards a strategic partnership that supports the development of the sports sector in the two countries, and is consistent with the ambitious visions of the two leaders in achieving sustainable integration.”

He also welcomed the delegation of the Saudi Ministry of Sports, stressing that this visit comes within the framework of the continuous meetings between the officials of the two brotherly countries in various fields, including the sports sector, in a way that contributes to supporting integration efforts according to the wise visions of the leadership of the two kingdoms.

Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club is one of the most prominent sports institutions in the Kingdom of Bahrain, as in recent years witnessed a qualitative shift at the level of organization and infrastructure, and hosting international races, and the club is currently working on implementing major development projects aimed at establishing its position as a regional horse racing center.

The Saudi delegation included: Eng. Dawi bin Muhammad Al -Ghamdi, Deputy Director General of Projects Implementation, Engineer Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al -Bishi, Director of the Sports Satisfaction Department, Professor Raneem Bint Saleh, Director of the Project, and Professor Abdul Rahman bin Sulaiman Al -Sinan, International Relations Specialist.

The delegation of the Saudi Ministry of Sports praised the remarkable development witnessed by the Kingdom of Bahrain in the field of horse racing, noting that it has become a prominent destination in hosting international championships and races
