The security services in the Qena Security Directorate succeeded in arresting a neurotic formation consisting of 3 people who specialized in stealing citizens with coercion after being lured to connect them in the Peugeot car, inside the Abu Tisht Center, north of Qena Governorate.
The beginning came when the Qena Security Directorate received a notification from the Abu Tisht Police Station that more than one communication from the citizens was stolen by a group of people inside the Peugeot in a fabricated villages in the center’s department.
The arrest of a neurotic formation in Qena
After intensifying the investigations, the detectives were able to arrest the injured formation, 37 years old, 36 years old, and 47 years old, residing in the Balina Center, Sohag Governorate, who were caught and in possession of a sum of money the proceeds of theft operations that they committed inside the Abu Chit Center.
Investigations indicated that the defendants use the Peugeot car under the pretext of connecting the citizens and at a deserted place on the road standing and threatening the victims to seize what they own, or kill them, in the various villages of the Abu Tisht Center.
They were caught and seized the seizures and the car, the report was released, and the competent authorities were notified to conduct investigations, which assigned the detective unit to investigate the incident and uncover its circumstances.
