The Russian Airports Authority announced that all four airports in the capital, Moscow, resumed its operations, after closing it a few hours before the unmanned drone attack launched by Ukraine.

The Russian authorities then reported that they had intercepted five drones that were on their way to the city, according to Reuters news agency.
In the same context, Russian officials stated early on Tuesday morning, that the Russian air defense units destroyed a swarm of Ukraine drones that were targeting Moscow for the second night in a row, which led to the closure of the airports of the capital.
The mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobianin said that at least 19 Ukrainian drones were destroyed while approaching Moscow “in different directions.”
Sobianin added, in a tweet on his channel on Telegram, that there was no destruction or injuries in any of the sites where the fragments fell, noting that emergency services specialists work in the sites where accidents occurred.
Sobianin indicated that a wreck fell on one of the main highways leading to the city, but he did not mention any residence.
In the early hours of Tuesday morning, the Russian Aviation Monitoring Authority (Rosavatia) announced the Telegram application that it had stopped flights at all four airports that serve Moscow. Airports were also closed in a number of regional cities.
