Port Said Governorate announced that drinking water pressure will be reduced in the areas of Port Said and the city of Port Fouad, on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, during the period from 10 am until 12 noon, within the framework of periodic maintenance work at Port Said water station.

The governorate stressed in a statement that periodic maintenance work is one of the main pillars to ensure the continuation of the efficiency of operating water stations, and to maintain the quality of the service provided to citizens, as it contributes to early detection of any faults or technical problems that may affect the regularity of pumping, which helps to avoid emergency crises and achieve sustainability in providing service.
These procedures come within the comprehensive governorate plan to develop infrastructure and improve vital facilities.
