The investigation authorities in the Shebin al -Qanater in Qaliubiya Governorate referred the case of the indecent assault of the child Maryam, residing in the village of Al -Atara, and the accused in which a private sentry in one of the construction work in the village of the Criminal Court.
Amr Al -Hawa, the child’s lawyer, said in a special statement to Cairo 24, that the case was referred to the Criminal Court after the Public Prosecution completed the investigations and the completion of its pillars. A memorandum was prepared by the total prosecution and the case was referred to determine a session for its consideration and take the necessary legal measures against the accused.
The opposition judge in the Shebin al -Qanater Court in Qaliubiya Governorate renewed the imprisonment of a private sentry working in one of the construction sites in the village of Al -Atara, affiliated to the center’s department, for a period of 15 days pending investigations, and ordered that the girl be presented to a tripartite committee from the Forensic Medicine Authority.

Amr Al -Hawa, the lawyer of the child Mary from the village of Al -Atara in Shebin Al -Qanater, revealed that the forensic report proved the child’s virginity, despite being attacked by a private sentry working in one of the construction buildings of the village’s health unit, indicating that the report proved the presence of abrasions and separate bruises in the child’s body.
