The Bahrain Volleyball Federation revealed the new version of the Cup of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince of Volleyball, which will be delivered to the champion of this season 2024-2025, in the final match that will bring together both the Muharraq and Darkaleb teams tomorrow at seven in the evening at the Isa Bin Rashid Hall in Isa Sports City.
The Secretary -General of the Bahrain Volleyball Federation, Firas Al -Hallaji, spoke of a press conference about the design of the new version of the most expensive Bahraini volleyball cups inspired by the authentic and historical Bahraini heritage, where the cup was designed by an Italian company in the form of a castle, and at its volleyball, along with the cup paint in the first time after it was in silver since the championship started in the last century.
Al -Halwaji pointed out that the golden color comes in conjunction with the initiative of the gold generation launched by His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, Chairman of the Public Authority for Sports and Chairman of the Bahraini Olympic Committee.
It also touched on the arrangements of the final match, where the entry of the fans will be free, and the process of distributing tickets will be done by the club representatives, and the fans of Darklip will be on the right of the cabin, and the fans of Muharraq to the left of the cabin, in addition to directing the two sides of the final to the need for their fans to adhere to the instructions issued by the General Sports Authority.
He praised the distinguished level offered by both Al -Muharraq and Darklib teams and their arrival in the Crown Prince Cup final this season, expressing his confidence that the final match will appear in a way that reflects the great reputation and the strong level of Bahraini volleyball.
Al -Halwaji expressed his wishes for success and success for the Muharraq team during his participation in the AFC Champions League competitions that will be held in Japan this May, stressing that Muharraq will supervise Bahraini volleyball in his first participation in the first edition of the tournament.
On the other hand, the player of the Muharraq volleyball team, Ali Al -Serafi, affirmed that his team’s preparations are proceeding as required through equipment and working on the required strategy, as the most important team achieved through its crowning the title of the Issa bin Rashid league this season, and the aspirations are great towards crowning the Crown Prince Cup in pursuit of the two -season.
Al -Serafi sent a message to the Muharraqiya fans to continue their great support for the team in the final match in order to crown the precious title.
While the Darkaleb volleyball team player Mahmoud Abdel Wahid expressed his team’s honor to reach the final of the Crown Prince Cup, stressing that this tournament is precious to the team, and they are working hard towards achieving its title and restoring it to the club’s treasury.
He pointed out that the team’s preparations are going to the fullest in order to compete for the title, as the team works to prepare in the appropriate picture in an effort to win the title.
