Al -Deeb said that there is an absence of vision regarding the distribution policies or the lack of the number of places available compared to the numbers of graduates, in addition to that some graduates refuse to assign in remote places, while there are no clear alternatives, which requires the speedy issuance of the decision to assign graduates of pharmacy and dental colleges at 2023, and review the mechanism of implementing the new assignment system based on the need.
Ibrahim Al -Deeb added: There is a feeling of the absence of justice in the assignment between the different batches, while others demand the cancellation of the assignment if it is not actually beneficial or to be done in a fair manner, pointing out that the Supreme Committee of the commissioning, and in the presence of representatives of the medical unions, had approved in 2022 amendment to the assignment system that includes all graduates of medical colleges, including dentists, to be applied as of 2025.
Al -Deeb explained: Despite the aforementioned approval, and according to this system, this system would have retroactively applied to graduates of the 2023 batch, who ended the year of the concession in October of the same year, and they were scheduled to be included in the commissioning movement 2024, but there is a sudden change in the mandate mechanism, which has caused anxiety and resentment between the graduates of the 2023 batch and their families.
A member of the House of Representatives called for the postponement of the application of the new system to the payments that join colleges after the date of the decision, saying: This came in order to preserve the principle of transparency, and to provide the opportunity for students to take their academic decisions based on clear and prior information, stressing the need to guarantee justice and transparency in the application of government policies, especially those that affect the future of graduates professionals, because it is considered a national responsibility that must be taken into account from all institutions The state.
