The Equal Opportunities Committee at the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments held its second periodic meeting of the year 2025, headed by Dana Khamis Al -Zayani, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Courts, Family Car -coencision and Alimony, and a member of the Supreme Council for Women.
Dana Al -Zayani affirmed the Ministry’s interest in increasing training programs that support efforts to achieve gender balance at all levels in the ministry, develop capabilities and skills in a way that supports the leadership roles of women, and evaluate the services provided.
During the meeting, the tasks and powers of the committee and the mechanisms of its work were presented in accordance with the instructions of civil service No. (4) for the year 2014, and the extent of its compatibility with the national model of gender balance, with the aim of comprehensive integration of women’s needs and creating a supportive work environment for them.
