The activities of the “Best Governmental Practices 2025”, organized by the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, were launched in Dubai, with the participation of leaders and directors of government agencies in the emirate, as well as a group of experts and specialists in government administration, institutional excellence and the foresight of the future from inside and outside the country. The meetings shed light on major axes in government work, the most prominent of which are innovation, institutional learning, and the design of services, and preparedness for the future, as well as a review of the most successful experiences of the leading government agencies in the Dubai Governmental Excellence Program and the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Program for Governmental Services.
