Edama announced the launch of a strategic partnership with the company “Ali and Muhammad Yatim”, which is a multi -use investment project that combines commercial and service activities with a value of more than 5 million dinars in the Arad area of Muharraq Governorate, provided that construction work begins at the beginning of 2026.
The announcement of the partnership came, according to a statement issued yesterday, in the context of Edama’s efforts (Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company), the real estate arm of the Bahrain Holding Company (Mumtalakat), continuing to enhance economic growth and build fruitful partnerships with the private sector.
And the company “Ali and Muhammad Yatim” obtained the best bid for the project through a general bidding organized by the government land investment platform through the Tenders and Auctions Council.
The vital project is located on a plot of lands of 16,000 square meters in the Arad area, with a societal nature aimed at enhancing the quality of life for citizens and residents.
The project includes 52 commercial units, including restaurants, medical clinics and retail, in addition to a fuel supply station and support services.
The total commercial construction area is 4,500 square meters, of which 4,120 square meters are rental.
The statement quoted the CEO of Edama Khaled Al -Majid, as saying that “this project confirms our commitment to effective strategic investment to achieve the best employment of our real estate portfolio and increase the financial returns of the company, and that these investments are considered a strong incentive that contributes to economic growth, and adds fundamental benefits to society and the real estate sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain.”
For his part, Mohamed Yatim, Vice -Chairman of the Board of “Ali and Muhammad Yatim”, expressed his happiness with this strategic partnership with Edama, which would expand our investments by developing and operating this qualitative project, which includes commercial facilities, green external spaces and a fuel station as an additional addition that enhances the services provided, and meets the needs of the population and visitors.
It is noteworthy that the real estate portfolio affiliated with Diamond witnessed a remarkable expansion through sustainable investment partnerships with local and regional companies.
The construction work is scheduled to start in the new investment project by the beginning of 2026.
