The Directorate of Supply and Internal Trade in Beni Suef Governorate, under the auspices and supervision of Mohamed Abdel Rahman, Undersecretary of the Ministry, launched intensive campaigns on markets and commercial stores in the governorate centers, as part of its efforts to control markets and confront food violations.

The campaigns resulted in the editing of 8 varied records, as large quantities of unknown and expired goods were seized.
The most prominent violations were to edit a report to offer and sell 2 tons of anonymous animal feed, in addition to another record of seizing one ton of unknown source sorting milk.
A third report was also edited to seize 20 kg of expired crops.
In the context of its follow -up to the alternatives, the campaigns edited 3 records, where a catering instead was seized to collect it 358 kg of food sugar and 146 catering oil bottles, and another for the behavior of 100 kg of sugar and 100 bottles of catering oil, along with a third allowance for not practicing the activity.
Two minutes against supermarkets were also released due to the failure to announce the prices of commodities offered for sale.
The Directorate of Supply affirmed the continuation of daily campaigns to achieve discipline in the markets, and to protect the rights of citizens in obtaining food commodities supported by appropriate quality and prices.
