The General Syndicate of Educational Professions, headed by Khalaf Al -Zanati, Captain of the Teachers and President of the Arab Teachers Union, announced that 2769 landmarks of the good loan without interest, since the beginning of this year, have benefited a total of 43 million and 606 thousand pounds, spent from the Teachers Fellowship Fund.
The Educational Professions Syndicate, in a statement, indicated that the good loan includes the marriage loan in the amount of 20 thousand pounds, and the loan of teachers who have more than one son in high school and universities, with an amount of 10 thousand pounds, all without interest and pays 5 years and with facilitated conditions, which contributes to providing flexible financial solutions commensurate with their needs.
The Teachers Syndicate pointed out that the good loan allocations increase annually, in line with the increasing needs of the union’s members.
Teachers Syndicate: 3 million pounds, health benefits for members during April
The Teachers Syndicate revealed the disbursement of health benefits during the month of April 2025, through the fellowship fund to support teachers with serious and chronic diseases for 168 teachers, at 20 thousand pounds of grants that are not received, in addition to a death subsidy for an accident for the families of 3 cases by 40 thousand pounds for each family, with a total value of 3 million and 75 thousand pounds, after submitting the required documents and examining them from the concerned authorities.
The General Syndicate of Educational Professions also announced that the General Assembly of the Fellowship Fund approved the addition of two new patients to the list of chronic and incurable diseases on which a health aid is granted, namely hepatic failure and muscle relaxation, to support their owners and support their families, to include the list 14 patients, in addition to the previous, cancer diseases, kidney failure, cultivation of one of the main organs, stroke, open heart surgery, vision, amputation Ends, kidney removal, rheumatoid, lupus, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s paralysis.
Khalaf Al -Zanati, the head of the teachers and head of the Arab Teachers Union, instructed the members of the General Syndicate Office and the heads of the teachers ’sub -committees and its trade union committees, in direct communication with the teachers who are disbursed to them, and the work of regular visits in their place of residence to check on the continuation of their treatment plan, and to meet any demands for the teacher and his family and hand them their financial dues in person, in honor of the teacher and support him permanently.
