The House of Representatives Manpower Committee will hold a meeting today, Monday; To discuss a number of briefing requests submitted by the members, the most prominent of which is about the problems of operating daily irregular employment.
Discussions of the Parliament’s Manpower Committee
The committee reviews a request for not providing adequate job opportunities in the private sector for the people of Beheira Governorate, as well as a request for the decline in demand for Egyptian workers abroad and its inability to face external competition.
The committee considers a request regarding the position of the training center in Al -Manzala of the Ministry of Labor, and another request regarding the failure to exploit the professional training center building in Al -Manzala in Dakahlia, as well as another request regarding the presence of the labor office in Ain Shams district within the scope of Ain Shams.
The committee discusses a request for a briefing on Egyptian workers at home with private sector companies and the deprivation of financial rights and pressure on them to convert permanent contracts into temporary contracts.
The committee reviews the briefing requests submitted on the decline in the productivity of the Egyptian worker, its repercussions and the mechanisms of its confrontation, and the decline in the role of the Ministry of Labor in providing skilled and trained manpower for factories and facilities, and the Ministry of Labor’s plan to keep pace with changes in the Egyptian labor market, as well as the government’s plan to uphold the value of work and spread the culture of self -employment.
It also discusses a request on the reasons for the transfer of the skill measurement committee to obtain a carnival to practice the profession from Nag Hammadi- Abucht- Farshout- Al-Waqf- Dishna to Kalahin Qaft Center, south of Qena Governorate.
