Sharjah: The Gulf, under the auspices of the Sharjah Fish Resources Authority, held the Dibba Al -Hosn Cooperative Association for Fishermen, the day before yesterday, a meeting of its annual public association, which witnessed the organization of the first elections for its board of directors through direct ballot, at the Cultural Center in Dibba Al -Hosn. This event comes within the framework of the unlimited support and the continuous care that His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, member of the Supreme Council, Ruler of Sharjah, for the fishing sector and its workers, and his keenness to consolidate the pillars of the sustainability of this vital profession by providing an incubating and stimulating environment for fishermen, and enhancing the role of cooperative societies in developing the services provided to them in a way that ensures their stability
