Today, Sunday, the Family Court in Cairo will hear the lawsuit filed by the football player, Saleh Jumaa, to demand the expense of the expense and marital enjoyment, after the court set in its previous sessions the value of the amount due at about 507 thousand pounds.
A new lawsuit against Saleh Jumaa because of the expense of his ex -wife
It is noteworthy that the Family Court in New Cairo ruled earlier, Saleh Jumaa was imprisoned for 30 days, for his failure to pay the amount of 420 thousand pounds as a married expense for the period from September 16, 2019 to June 16, 2020, in the case No. 6612 of 2024.
In its ruling, the court relied on the fact that the player’s divorce obtained a previous ruling to compel him to pay a marital expense of 25 thousand pounds per month, but he refrained from paying, which prompted her to resort to the judiciary to request his imprisonment in accordance with Article 76 bis/1 of Law No. 1 of 2000
