The Agouza Misdemeanor Court in Giza issued a decision today, Saturday, stating the support of the ruling against Hisham Jalal Saadawi, director of the arsenal club swimming pool, with two years imprisonment against the background of his accusation of wrongdoing in the incident of the child’s drowning, Hamza Tamer inside the club’s swimming pool.

Lawyer Bilal Osama, the defense of the child’s family, Hamza, said that the court decided to accept the opposition in a form. In the matter, the court rejected, pointing to the support of the sentence of imprisonment against the director of the arsenal club swimming pool.
The lawyer also added that there are new surprises related to the details of the case that will be revealed during the coming period.
Earlier, the Agouza Misdemeanor Court, in its session held on February 15, 2025, decided to imprison Hisham Jalal, director of the arsenal swimming pool and a fine of 20 thousand pounds, and to refer the civil lawsuit to the competent civil court for temporary civil compensation one million pounds.
This came against the background of the accusation of the director of the arsenal swimming pool in the fact that the child was drowned by Hamza Tamer in the club’s swimming pool during the month of July, and that was while receiving a hospital session in the Olympic bathroom inside the arsenal club after the completion of boxing training with his team.
