Engineer Sherif El -Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, concluded his tour today, with a meeting at the city’s headquarters, to review and follow up the position of implementing the new city projects, and various development projects in the northwestern coast region, through the New Urban Communities Authority, and its devices, including: Ras Al -Hikma New City – West Ras Al -Hikma to the Samla and Roman science – the urban gathering west of Dabaa – Tourist villages, and tourist villages, In the presence of Ministry officials, the New Urban Communities Authority, heads of the northern western coast sectors, tourist villages, and the new city of El Alamein.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Minister of Housing listened to a detailed explanation of the position of business and land delivery in the first stage in the new Ras Al -Hikma region, and the ongoing projects in the region, including the drinking water system, irrigation, hotel, administrative offices, and land delivery position, as well as reviewing the developments of the position of implementing road work and facilities for alternative lands in the urgent stage in the region of Shams Al -Hikma, which includes roads, water, sewage, electricity, and intended for presence In the city of Ras Al -Hikma, where the alternative area will include according to the scheme on residential, service areas, commercial and investment activities, in addition to the main road network.
The new urban gathering area / west of Dabaa
The Minister of Housing also continued the developments of the position of land development work subject to the mandate of the New Urban Communities Authority in the new urban gathering area, west of Dabaa, including alternative lands for the owners of physical presence and compensation, as well as reviewing the position of land delivery and the plan for the region, and the executive position of the facilities work in the project, including drinking water, sanitation, roads, electricity and service buildings, where an entire urban community will be implemented Providing service areas for the people of the region.
Engineer Sherif El -Sherbiny reviewed the executive position of the new city projects, and the position of implementing and handing over the housing units of their barriers with projects: Mazarin compound – Latin District – beach towers first stage – and the position of implementing the beach towers second stage – Down Town Buildings – Dawn Town Towers – Housing for all Egyptians – and others, in the new city of El Alamein, along with reviewing plans to operate various service projects, Selling shops and commercial units, directed by the delivery of the barriers according to the scheduled dates with the installation of utilities meters.
The minister continued, the progress of work in tourist villages projects, which include Marina 8 on an area of 179 acres, and includes residential projects chalets and villas, with a total of 243 buildings with 917 units, the units delivery plan, and the position of implementing facilities networks: drinking water – exchange – road – roads, electricity network works, and components of the project to develop one of the areas in Marina 8, which includes the theater – cafeteria – administrative building – infrastructure, infrastructure, and infrastructure, And the position of the implementation of the lake project in New Marina, has a water tunnel, lake, pumps and pipes, as well as following up the executive position of the Boughaz New Marina project, the M8 by the Lake project with a total of 1183 villas and buildings, and the projects that are being released, the development work and the raising of the ongoing efficiency and planned to be implemented at the Marina Al -Alamein Tourist Center, and the special operating plan With Marina, where the Minister of Housing directed to set time schedules for all projects and the continuous field presence to follow up on various works.
The meeting touched on the current business situation on the beaches in the new Alamel, as well as its operating proposals, and the Minister of Housing reviewed the traffic studies in the new city of El Alamein and the main roads and linking them alongside the paths of the movement, the position of signs of planning and guidance signs, and in this regard the minister directed the completion of the work in the fastest time, and review all road work, periodic maintenance, follow -up of lighting work, and cultivation.
At the end of the meeting, the Minister directed to prepare a weekly report in the position of deliveries for units of all kinds in all projects in the new city of El Alamein, and to unify and combine all efforts between the projects working in projects to finish the work on time and at the highest level.
