The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning announced that the reservation of the units of the “Al -Naseem neighborhood” project in Salman City in the Northern Governorate, which is implemented within the projects listed in the government land development rights program, in partnership with the “Dilmoun Real Estate Gate” company, during the company’s participation in a pavilion in the innovation exhibition in the social housing sector.
The “Al -Naseem neighborhood” project consists of 131 housing units in Salman, with a total area of 23 thousand square meters, and spaces for residential units range between 171 and 190 square meters, while the construction area for each housing unit is 265 square meters.
The project comes within the government land development rights program in partnership with the private sector, where the units were built in partnership with the “Dilmun Gate” company and was presented to citizens who benefit from the housing financing program, provided that the unit prices do not exceed 98 thousand dinars, and the project site is distinguished by the availability of all infrastructure services.
For its part, His Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al -Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, stated that the enforcement of the units of the “Al -Naseem neighborhood” project in Salman City reflects the demand of citizens for the immediate and innovative services that the Ministry offers in cooperation with the private sector to provide appropriate housing for citizens without waiting periods.
His Excellency the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning pointed out that the great demand from citizens for immediate financing programs stimulates the ministry to expand the paths of the housing financing program and the government land development rights program, in addition to the “Special Land Development Rights” program, which was announced during the opening of the conference, with the aim of increasing the real estate stock in the Kingdom to accommodate the growing growth in the demand for housing financing, by providing support to real estate development companies to implement social housing projects on private lands Its available to the beneficiaries of funds.
It is worth noting that the “Al -Naseem neighborhood” project in Salman city is located in a distinguished location that overlooks the sea from three sides, and is characterized by easy access to it, as well as the presence of its own entrances and exits.
