The Ministry of Housing decided to open the grievances after receiving many complaints from Egyptians residing abroad who were unable to complete the procedures, as the Ministry of Housing affirmed its keenness to meet the needs of the Egyptians abroad in line with the goals of the initiative, to achieve the principle of transparency and equal opportunities, and to ensure the rights of everyone, it was agreed to open the door of grievances.
The housing and the new urban communities decided to postpone the opening of the selection of the units and villas of your home initiative in Egypt, and until 05/01/2025 until 20/05/2025.
The first phase of the distinguished housing units, within the home initiative in Egypt for Egyptians residing abroad, includes 5055 units, in 13 projects with 9 new cities.
The first offering of the initiative includes a variety of areas in the units – and residential villas, with the following projects: “Arabesque” project in Cairo Governorate with units areas starting from 125 meters to 179 square meters, and the third residential neighborhood project in the new administrative capital with units areas starting from 114 to 173 square meters in the second neighboring D2, and units spaces starting from 161 to 392 square meters in the second neighboring walkway D2.
The Fifth Residential District Project included the new Garden City in the administrative capital with units areas starting from 79 to 344 square meters, and the city of my cities in New Cairo with units areas starting from 96 to 178 square meters, in addition to the Valley Towers East project with new crossing with unit areas starting from 89 to 116 square meters.
The Saba project in October 6 includes units areas starting from 95 to 141 square meters, the Valley Towers project in October Gardens with areas from 95 to 101 square meters, and the Bliss Gates project in Sheikh Zayed with unit areas starting from 80 square meters to 220 square meters.
The proposition includes the Beach Front project in the new Alamein with the areas of units and doplix starting from 215 to 678 square meters, and the Latin District Project with the new Alamein with units spaces starting from 95 to 250 square meters, in addition to a bright project in the new Mansoura city and includes modern and classic villas with areas starting from 360 to 504 square meters.
Your Home Initiative in Egypt takes into account various income segments and different economic and social levels, as the first stage includes units available for immediate delivery, and other units that will be delivered at the end of 2025 with a maximum, and the initiative also includes exclusive and distinctive offers for Egyptians residing abroad, on top of which are discounts ranging from 3% to 10% from the price of the units announced in the market, in addition to various payment systems of up to 10 years
