Al -Watan honors its distinguished employees for their exceptional role in the success of the Ramadan program course and institutional shift towards visual production

The editor -in -chief of Al -Watan newspaper, Abdullah Ilhami, honored a group of distinguished newspaper employees, who had an exceptional role in the success of the Ramadan program course, and a qualitative leap in visual production and institutional work during the last period, contributing to the transformation of journalistic work from its traditional form to an integrated TV experience, in partnership with the Ministry of Information represented in Bahrain TV.

The honoring ceremony took place in the presence of the Director General of Al -Watan newspaper Moaz Bou Saiba, who praised the role of the team in consolidating the concepts of teamwork and professionalism in implementing major media projects, stressing that this stage represents a new starting point in the newspaper’s march towards broader and more influential media horizons.

In a statement to him on this occasion, the editor -in -chief Abdullah Ilhami expressed his thanks and appreciation to Dr. Ramsan bin Abdullah Al -Nuaimi, Minister of Information, and to those in charge of Bahrain TV and the Department of Creativity, for their continuous support and great interest in national press institutions, stressing that this fruitful cooperation had the most prominent role in the success of the Ramadan session and achieving this qualitative media transformation.

Ilhami said: “We continue in Al -Watan newspaper to develop the Bahraini press to be a model for the exceptional media experience at all levels, through the continuous renewal of media content, and modernizing the media identity in a way that keeps pace with the changes and precedes expectations.”

He added: “We believe that the distinction of the institution can only be achieved by the distinction of its cadres, and we are proud of this elite, which has proven that working in the spirit of the team, and the active partnership with state institutions, is able to make a real shift in the media scene.”

He concluded by renewing the covenant to move forward towards a more influential and comprehensive media stage, which enhances the message of the national press and supports Bahrain’s vision to be at the forefront of the Arab media.
