Ahmed Hamdi and Mahmoud Jihad, the first football team of Zamalek Club, went through special physical exercises on the sidelines of Maran today, which was held at the club’s stadium, in preparation for the upcoming Al -Masry match in the Premier League competition.

The two players performed special physical exercises under the supervision of Michael Jose, the coach of the loads, based on the decision of the Portuguese coach, Jose Pesero, to prepare them physically for the upcoming matches.
Mahmoud Hamdi Al -Wensh, the defender of the first team of the Zamalek club, performed individual training in the Gymanismium Hall, on the sidelines of the training session today, which was held at the club’s stadium, in preparation for the upcoming Al -Masry match in the Premier League competition.
The winch has gone through individual physical exercises to prepare it optimally for the coming period, especially as it will be absent from the next Zamalek match against Al -Masry because of the suspension of the accumulation of yellow cards.
The Zamalek team is preparing to face Al -Masry, scheduled for next May 1 at the Al -Jaish Stadium in Borg El -Arab, in the third round of the final stage of the Egyptian Premier League competition.
