The Diyala Governorate Police Command revealed a horrific murder that was killed in a 6 -year -old girl, “Rakia”, after she managed to arrest the perpetrator within only three hours of finding the body of his sister killed after throwing her from a second floor, and left her inside a building structure covered with concrete bags and concrete blocks in the Tahrir neighborhood.
Investigations indicated that the perpetrator is the 14 -year -old brother, who confessed to committing the crime during the investigation, and legal measures were taken against him and his arrest was deposited.
