The head of the Nasr City neighborhood stressed the necessity of launching continuous campaigns to ensure that the necessary licenses are fulfilled in shops and commercial activities, in accordance with the directives and instructions of Dr. Ibrahim Saber, Governor of Cairo, of the need to address all types of violations, whatever their shape.
The relevant agencies demanded the store owner, to quickly go to the neighborhood’s licenses, to complete the required conditions, obtain official licenses, and legalize the situation.

Cairo Governorate is intensifying its daily campaigns on all facilities and stores that are managed without a license, through the executive bodies and the Directorate of Supply and Veterinary Medicine, and also launches daily campaigns on restaurants; To determine the quality of food and the date of the validity of the food provided to citizens, and raise the works.
The General Law of Public Law approved the conditions for the licenses of the shops, that it is not permissible to open a commercial store without a license from the competent center, in accordance with the controls and requirements determined by the committee.
The shops law provides for the punishment of each of the shops commercially without obtaining a license, with a fine of no less than 20 thousand pounds, and not exceeding 50 thousand pounds, and the penalty reaches imprisonment in the event of a return for a period of no less than 6 months.
