The only PlayStation Portal is the only mobile device in the current Sony PlayStation collection, but it does not support the operation of games locally, yet Sony seems to be working on a new portable device under the name PlayStation 6 Portable, which is expected to be launched along with the home PlayStation 6 home.
What does the leak reveal?
According to a new leakage published by the user @keplerl2 via NEOGAF forums, PlayStation 6 Portable may be able to play all PS5 games without the need for any modifications by gaming studios, and the leak indicates that the mobile device will be equipped with “binary compatibility of cheddar”, which allows it to operate PS5 games original without the need for any updates or modifications from Developers.
PS6 Portable capabilities are expected to be equipped with a low -power AMD processor with a performance between the Xbox Series S and PlayStation 5, and although devices that have not received updates may not work perfectly on the PS6 Portable, the original PS5 games seem an exciting promise.
