The necessary procedures for transport vehicles
The Governor of Aswan pointed out that coordination is taking place with the Security Directorate to intensify the necessary procedures regarding the transport vehicles that move at night without metal plates at excessive speed, while throwing waste on public roads so that the road control can be completely controlled and the violators can be seized.
Dr. Ismail Kamal explained that the Housing Directorate was also assigned in coordination with the heads of the local units to confirm the prohibition of issuing demolition and construction licenses, except after submitting the license request indicating the contract with a person authorized by the agency to circulate construction and demolitions in accordance with Article (43) of the law regulating waste management and holding those responsible for issuing any license without submitting a request to obtain it.
The Governor of Aswan directed that the heads of the centers and cities coordinate and warn the competent authorities implement national and development projects to obligate the companies based on implementation to transfer demolition and construction waste to public dumps designated for that, and allocate sites as burials for these waste near the projects currently being implemented to reduce the phenomenon of waste dumping in public roads.
This came in light of the directives of the political leadership regarding the measures taken regarding transport vehicles that move at night without metal plates and traveling at excessive, while throwing road waste, and to maintain the safety of citizens and vehicles.
