The Israeli Channel 12 reported today, Sunday, that the government of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is considering the possibility of re -arresting prisoners who were released in previous deals, with the aim of exerting additional pressure on Hamas, against the background of stalemate in the negotiations.
In another context, the former head of the Operations Division of the occupation army, Yisrael Zeef, stated that Hamas is fluent in hiding without the need for a fight, stressing that the situation is turning against Israel.

He continued: We no longer have any Hamas weaknesses that can be exploited, Netanyahu is separate from the reality of accumulated messages calling for the restoration of hostages and ending the war.
He stressed that Netanyahu is building a poisonous political world around him and attacks everyone who presents the truth in front of him, and this is a danger to Israeli national security.
The negotiations between Hamas and Israel are witnessing stalemate at the present time, after the movement rejected an Israeli proposal that does not include ending the war and demands it to abandon its weapon.
Earlier today, the chief Qatari negotiator expressed his frustration with the armistice talks in Gaza in an interview with Agence France -Presse, more than a month after Israel resumed its raids on the Palestinian sector, and the conclusion of a new round of negotiations without reaching an agreement.
The Qatari Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Muhammad Al -Khulaifi, said on Friday: We are certainly frustrated from slowness sometimes in the negotiation process, this is an urgent issue, there are lives at the test here if this military operation continues day after day.
