Heba Ibrahim, a member of the Al -Azhar International Center for Electronic Fatwa, said that there is no specific color or uniform that women are committed to during the performance of circumambulation in Hajj or Umrah, but in her clothing it is required to agree with the legal controls of the Islamic dress.
A member of the Al -Azhar International Center for Electronic Fatwa added, during television statements today, Sunday: It is not required that the woman wear white or black specifically, although there is a desirable white, except that wearing black or any other color is not embarrassed as long as the dress achieves the legal conditions.
What are the controls of wearing women in Hajj?
Heba Ibrahim explained that these conditions include that the dress is a hook, loose, does not heal or describe what is below it, and that it is not adornment in himself so that he does not draw attention, because the woman in the circumambulation performs a great ritual that requires reverence and humility.
Heba Ibrahim continued: We are going for the pilgrimage, not to show fashion, nor to boast of embroidered or embroidered clothes, you have the right to be clean and arranged, but without exaggeration or distinction from others, we are in worship, and the goal is to humiliate God and not boasting of appearance.
Heba Ibrahim indicated that the men in the pilgrimage are wearing a uniform and a uniform, as the Prophet taught them ﷺ, in order to remove the class and appearance differences between them, so the rich from the poor appears in them.
A member of the Al -Azhar International Center for Electronic Fatwa continued: This principle must also be taken into account in women, so it is not appropriate for women to wear evidence of pride or appearance distinction while performing the Hajj.
