On Friday, a federal judge in New York rejected a request submitted by the defense team for American rapper Sean Didi Comes, to postpone his trial on sex trafficking charges for two months, stressing that the trial will start on the time set next May 5.

According to CNN, Judge Aaron Supramian confirmed that he does not see a justification that prevents the defense from preparing for the case in the available time, despite the addition of two new charges during April, which sparked the objection of Kums’s lawyer who asked for more time to prepare.
The 55 -year -old Kums faces five criminal charges, including sex trafficking, conspiracy to extortion, and the transfer of people to prostitution, which are charges belonging to facts that spanned more than twenty years, according to the indictment.
According to the prosecutors, Comles and others hate at least three women to have sex with him, and sometimes with the sellers of passions, under threat or using drugs, while these facts were called “abnormal sexual cases.” Investigations stated that Comles was documenting these actions with the video, exploiting his victims and controlling them through false promises of fame and money, accompanied by explicit threats.
The judge also issued a decision to allow the alleged victims to give their certificates under borrowed names during the trial, with the exception of the certificate of singer Cassi Ventura, the former friend of Kouz. He also decided to exclude most of the evidence related to old allegations that were not officially included in the indictment.
It is worth noting, Comles is still under federal detention since his arrest last September, and denies all the charges against him.
