The Chinese Ambassador to the United States: Cross responses to customs duties and commercial wars

Sheh Feng, the Chinese ambassador to the United States, said that his country’s authorities will respond by taking decisive counter -measures if other countries impose customs duties and commercial wars.

The ambassador added in an interview, published by the Chinese diplomatic mission in Washington on its website: “China strongly opposes any form of customs definitions or trade war. The diplomat indicated that if other countries impose “customs duties and commercial wars” on China, Beijing will respond and take “decisive counter measures.”

The Chinese ambassador stressed that the development and development of his country remains a “common opportunity for the whole world.”
